The Fort Stockton Visitor's Center is back open!

Current hours are 9 am - 5 pm Monday through Saturday. We are limiting capacity to one visitor per group/vehicle at a time inside the Visitor Center, masks are requested, and there are no public restrooms. If you need to meet with anyone from the Chamber, CVB, or EDC offices, please call 432-336-2264 to make an appointment to allow us to continue to safely limit capacity inside the building.

EDC Announces COVID-19 Small Business Relief Grants
|
The Fort Stockton Economic Development Corporation (EDC) announced a $400,000 COVID-19 Small Business Relief Grant program to help non-essential small business owners that have been affected during this pandemic.
|
The COVID-19 Small Business Relief Grant program will provide qualified businesses with $1,500 per full-time employee, with a maximum of $10,000 per business. Qualifying businesses include non-essential retail, hairstylist, restaurants, and any other non-essential businesses with fewer than 25 employees within the extraterritorial jurisdiction of the Fort Stockton Economic Development Corporation.

Pioneer Providing Advertising Grants to Local Small Businesses
The Fort Stockton Pioneer has created a Community Grant Program to assist locally-owned businesses affected by the COVID-19 crisis. Recipients will be awarded a dollar-for-dollar match for qualifying advertising and marketing plans, up to $7,500 per business. Matching funds are available for print, digital, social media, and other marketing programs. Businesses located within Pecos County will receive priority approval. Youth Leadership 2020-2021 Applications
|
The Youth Leadership program provides community learning and volunteer experience to high school seniors, with scholarship opportunities upon successful completion of the class. All students who will be a senior during the 2020-2021 school year are eligible to apply.
