Whether you're a rising high school senior or a working professional ready to grow, these programs, designed to cultivate the next generation of community leaders, offer a hands-on, behind-the-scenes experience of Fort Stockton like you've never seen before.
Since 1995, the Leadership Fort Stockton program has provided a transformative experience that goes beyond meetings and name tags – it's an immersive journey into the heart of our community. You'll explore Fort Stockton's history, infrastructure, key industries, and nonprofit organizations while developing leadership skills that open doors and make a lasting impact. The program equips participants with essential leadership and team-building skills while fostering a deeper connection to the Fort Stockton community.
Be the leader Fort Stockton needs – and the one you were meant to be.

Youth Leadership
The Youth Leadership program is open to high school seniors ready to level up their leadership skills, get involved in the community, and earn scholarship opportunities along the way. Participants will gain hands-on experience, serve their community, stand out on college applications, and build their resumes – all while exploring the community they call home. Students participate in educational sessions and community service projects throughout the year.
Upon successful completion, participants are eligible for scholarship opportunities.
The program is free of charge, but class size is limited to 25 students.
Adult Leadership
The Adult Leadership program is designed for individuals aged 18 and older. It's perfect for current or aspiring leaders looking to sharpen their skills, build powerful local connections, and make a real difference.
Tuition for the full-year program is $250, which includes all classes and materials. Scholarships are available for participants whose employers are unable to cover the cost.
Employers: Want stronger leaders on your team? Sponsor employees, particularly current and future managers, to enhance workplace leadership and strengthen community ties.
