Gil Shackelford is a singer, songwriter, and guitarist from Alpine, Texas, in the heart of Big Bend country. After spending a couple years holding down rhythm guitar and vocals in another project, (Rome Antinucci) Gil is now stepping out front with his own band and a string of summer gigs already lined up delivering performances that speak to anyone who loves music in the Trans Pecos.

Gil is backed by a tight-knit crew Dave Arnold and Steve Sorge. (And possibly others!) Together they bring the raw horsepower and honest heart West Texas music made by people who live the life they sing about.
