The Leadership program provides both professional and personal growth opportunities through education and experience for adults (over age 18) in the community. We encourage businesses to enroll managers and team leaders in the program - participants gain useful leadership skills and develop community connections that benefit not only themselves but their employers. The 2024-2025 class begins with a retreat on September 12-15, 2024, and runs through May 2025 with monthly education days.

The Youth Leadership program provides community learning and volunteer experience to high school seniors, with scholarship opportunities upon successful completion of the class. All students who will be a senior during the 2024-2025 school year are eligible to apply.
