November 28, 2 pm Large businesses and corporations have a much more diverse set of resources that they use to improve their business operations, market development, and every other business segment there is. Smaller and mid‐size companies do not always have these resources and, as a result, can create a fear of not being able to compete with these larger companies on an even playing field as they start to enter and share a market. However, there are things that the big boys do that the small guys can do too. There are also things that the small guys can do to prepare for the larger companies' entrance into their market. Here we will address strengths and opportunities that are often overlooked in smaller and mid‐sized companies that can make a difference in their success as the market changes.
