On February 11, 2022, Steak House Restaurant held a retirement party for John and Alma Pacheco, who turned over ownership and management of the restaurant to John’s niece Abigail Dominguez after running the business for 33 years. The Fort Stockton Chamber of Commerce held a ribbon-cutting ceremony to help celebrate.
