Ambassador’s Meeting Minutes September 2023 by Laura Thornton

The September 2023 meeting for the Fort Stockton Chamber of Commerce Ambassadors was held at noon on September 12, 2023 in the meeting room of the Chamber. Letricia Slater, Jeanette Milam,
Laura Thornton, Angela Harral, Diego Gonzalez, Karin Milliner, Miriam Forgacs, Keith Weyerts, Elaine Haby, Gracie and Arna McCorkle were all in attendance.
Letricia made the call to order and Angela led the invocation.
There were no minutes for the August meeting to be read.
The group then discussed the following upcoming community events:

September 14-17 Leadership Retreat
September 22 4H Tailgate party for Homecoming
October 6-7th Decorating for BBORR Banquet
October 7th Well Water Testing from Texas AgriLife Extension
October 17th 4H Purse Bingo
October 14th 4H Ball for kids 8 years old and above
November 9th Glitz
November 18th Arts and Crafts Fair
November 21st Thanksgiving Party at Focus Care from 12pm to 4pm
November 27th- December 8th Silent Auction at the Chamber to benefit the Joy Run
November 30th Pecan Show
December 1st Christmas Parade with the theme “Christmas Wishes”
December 1st Chamber Open house and pictures with Santa after the parade
December 1st Feast of Sharing
December 15 Joy Run
