Ambassador’s Meeting Minutes  December 2023 by Laura Thornton

The December 2023 meeting for the Fort Stockton Chamber of Commerce Ambassadors was held at noon on December 12, 2023 in the meeting room of the Chamber. Letricia Slater, Jeanette Milam, Remie Ramos, Laura Thornton, LouAnn Tovar, Angela Harral, Karin Milliner, Miriam Forgacs, Anita Gandy, Keith Weyerts, Angel Sorola, Monica Iverson, John Urias, Kerry Waldrip and Arna McCorkle were all in attendance.

Letricia made the call to order and LouAnn led the invocation.

The minutes for the November meeting were read and Miriam made a motion to approve. Remie seconded that motion

The group then discussed the following upcoming community events:

• December 15th Joy Run
• February 29th Chamber Banquet, theme tba
• March 21-23rd Comanche Springs Rodeo

It was noted that this year the Meals on Wheels participants would all so be receiving gifts as part of the Joy Run.

Lapel Pins marking individuals as part of the Chamber Ambassadors were handed out. There are more available at the Chamber office for anyone who hasn’t received theirs.

A call to adjourn was made. LouAnn made the motion and John seconded.
