Ambassador’s Meeting Minutes  March 2024 by Laura Thornton

The March 2024 meeting for the Fort Stockton Chamber of Commerce Ambassadors was held at noon on March 19, 2024 in the meeting room of the Chamber.

Letricia Slater, Audrey Mendoza, Jeanette Milam, Remie Ramos, Laura Thornton, James Thornton, Angela Harral, Miriam Forgacs, Anita Gandy, Veronica Lopez-Carrasco, Keith Weyerts, Leslie Davis, Elaine Haby, and Arna McCorkle were all in attendance.

Letricia made the call to order and Remie led the invocation.

Minutes for the February meeting were read. Anita motioned that the minutes be accepted and Miriam seconded the motion.

The group then discussed the following upcoming community events:

• March 19th SEED Pancake Diner and Middle School Open House
• March 21-23 Comanche Springs Rodeo
  • Ambassadors were asked to bring sandwich and vegetable trays for the hospitality room on March 22nd and 23rd
• March 23 Rodeo Parade at 10 am
• March 23 Rodeo Dance feat. The Stateline Band following the Rodeo

A call to adjourn was made. Remie made the motion and Angela seconded.
