Ambassador’s Meeting Minutes  July 2024 by Laura Thornton

The July 2024 meeting for the Fort Stockton Chamber of Commerce Ambassadors was held at noon on July 9, 2024 in the meeting room of the Chamber.

Letricia Slater, Audrey Mendoza, Jeanette Milam, Remie Ramos, Angela Harral, Laura Thornton, Karin Milliner, Miriam Forgacs, Anita Gandy, Keith Weyerts, Elaine Haby, Graciela San Miguel, Lionel James, and Arna McCorkle were all in attendance.

Letricia made the call to order and Elaine led the invocation.

Anita made a motion to approve the minutes for the June meeting. Remie seconded.

The group then discussed the following upcoming community events:

• July 11th Summer Off The Patio featuring Ri Wolf
• July 18-20th Water Carnival
• July 19th Live At Zero Stone featuring Wayne West
• July 25th Summer Off The Patio featuring Ken Baucham
• August 2nd Live At Zero Stone featuring The Grand Tourist
• August 27th 4H Bingo

Karin Milliner was recognized for her help with the 4th of July event.

There was a reminder that the Chamber was taking applications for Youth and Adult Leadership Classes for the 2024-2025 year.

A call to adjourn was made. Angela made the motion and Graciela seconded.
