Ambassador’s Meeting Minutes  April 2025 by Laura Thornton

The April 2025 meeting for the Fort Stockton Chamber of Commerce Ambassadors was held at noon on April 8, 2025 in the meeting room of the Chamber.

Letricia Slater, Remie Ramos, Laura Thornton, Jennifer Gonzales, Karen Milliner, Miriam Forgacs, Keith Weyerts, John Urias, Elaine Haby, and Arna McCorkle were all in attendance.

Letricia called the meeting to order.

Keith was asked to lead the invocation.

There were no minutes available for the March meeting.

The group then discussed the following upcoming community events:

• April 15th Leadership
• April 25th-26th BBORR car wash and race
• May 1st Flip the Script on Aging Luncheon at the Large Community Hall
• May 3rd Ribbon cutting for DJ Flex 4pm at the Convention Center

A call to adjourn was made. John made the motion and Keith seconded.
