Leadership Fort Stockton class of 2026 is now accepting applications.

The Adult Leadership program is designed for individuals aged 18 and older. It’s perfect for current or aspiring leaders looking to sharpen their skills, build powerful local connections, and make a real difference.

With monthly classes from February to December (typically held weekday afternoons), participants will engage in hands-on learning experiences, leadership development, and volunteer service. The program kicks off in January with a one-day orientation. In the fall, the class will participate in a leadership retreat (Friday afternoon through Sunday morning).

Tuition for the full-year program is $250, which includes all classes and materials.
Scholarships are available for participants whose employers are unable to cover the cost.
