Ambassador’s Meeting Minutes  September 2025 by Laura Thornton

The September 2025 meeting for the Fort Stockton Chamber of Commerce Ambassadors was held at noon on September 9, 2025 in the meeting room of the Chamber.

Letricia Slater, Michaela Davis, Jeanette Milam, Frances Armstrong Remie Ramos, Laura Thornton, Angela Harral, Karin Milliner, Miriam Forgacs, Anita Gandy, Keith Weyerts, John Urias , Jessica Meierhoff, Jerome Chavez, Francisco Ramirez, Madison Hanson, Eva Nanez, Connon Emmons and Arna McCorkle were all in attendance.

Letricia called the meeting to order.

Angela was asked to lead the invocation.

Minutes for the July meeting were read. Angela made a motion to approve the minutes and Remie seconded the motion.

The group then discussed the following upcoming community events:

• September 12-14 Barrio Fest
• September 15 Ribbon Cutting at new EMS building at 10 am
• September 19 Homecoming
• September 23 4H Purse Bing
• September 27 Rotary Cruise Party
• October 10-11 Horsehead Crossing Celebration
• October 11 Health Fair and Pink Out 5K at Zero Stone Park
• October 18 Lila Smith House Annual Fundraiser
• October 21 Focused Care Halloween Carnival and Trunk or Treat
• October 25 Pecos County Feed Anniversary Party 6pm at Coliseum
• October 25 M2M Marathon
• October 28 4H Murder Mystery Dinner
• November 13 Holiday Glitz
• November 22 Arts and Craft Fair
• December 1-12 Silent Auction
• December 5 Christmas Parade
• December 19 Joy Run for Focus Care

A call to adjourn was made. Remie made the motion and John seconded.
