Ambassador’s Meeting Minutes  January 2023 by Laura Thornton

The January 2023 meeting for the Fort Stockton Chamber of Commerce Ambassadors was held at noon on January 10, 2023 in the meeting room of the Chamber. Letricia Slater, Jeanette Milam, Karan
Heffelfinger, Remie Ramos, Laura Thornton, Angela Harral, Isai Rojas, Karri Geiling, Miriam Forgacs, Anita Gandy, Keith Weyerts, Veronica Lopez, Melba Montoya and Arna McCorkle were all in attendance.

Letricia made the call to order and Isai led the invocation.

There were no minutes for the December meeting.

The group then discussed the following upcoming community events:

• Pecos County Stock Show January 12-14th
• 4H Breakfast with a Princess on January 28th from 8am to 12pm at the Large Community Hall, $10 per person
• Sweetheart Dinner and Evening of Jazz on February 11th, Ft. Stockton Community Theater
• Valentine’s Day
• Decorating for Chamber Banquet starts February 21st
• Chamber Banquet “Lighting the Way” February 23rd (tickets on sale now)
• Comanche Springs Rodeo March 23-25th
• Big Bend Open Road Race April 22nd

A call to adjourn was made. Miriam made the motion and Angela seconded.
