Ambassador’s Meeting Minutes  October 2024 by Laura Thornton

The October 2024 meeting for the Fort Stockton Chamber of Commerce Ambassadors was held at noon on October 8, 2024 in the meeting room of the Chamber.

Letricia Slater, Audrey Mendoza, Jeanette Milam, , Angela Harral, Laura Thornton, Miriam Forgacs, Anita Gandy, Keith Weyerts, Elaine Haby, , and Arna McCorkle were all in attendance.

There were no minutes for the August meeting to be read and the September was cancelled.

The group then discussed the following upcoming community events:

• October 8th Headstart Trunk or Treat at the Rio Grande Electric Yard
• October 17-18th Living History Days
• October 19th BBORR
• October 24th Ribbon Cutting for Airlawn Furniture
• October 25th-26th Horsehead Crossing
• October 16th CVB Trunk or Treat
• October 26th M2M
• October 26th Main Street Trunk or Treat and city Trick or Treat Night
• November 14th Glitz
• November 23rd Arts and Crafts Show

A call to adjourn was made. Miriam made the motion and Jeanette seconded.
