Ambassador’s Meeting Minutes November 2024 by Laura Thornton
The November 2024 meeting for the Fort Stockton Chamber of Commerce Ambassadors was held at noon on November 5, 2024 in the meeting room of the Chamber.
Letricia Slater, Audrey Mendoza, Jeanette Milam, , Angela Harral, Laura Thornton, James Thornton, Karin Millner, Sandra Saucedo, Carolina Sauceda, Remie Ramos, Miriam Forgacs, Anita Gandy, Keith Weyerts, and Arna McCorkle were all in attendance.
Sandra was asked to lead the invocation.
There were no minutes for the October meeting available.
The group then discussed the following upcoming community events:
- November 14th Glitz
- November 23rd Arts and Crafts Show
- December 2-13th Silent Auction
- December 6th Feast of Sharing
- December 6th Christmas Parade
- December 6th Chamber Open House and Pictures with Santa
- December 20th Joy Run
A call to adjourn was made. Anita made the motion and Sandra seconded.
