Ambassador’s Meeting Minutes  March 2025 by Laura Thornton

The March 2025 meeting for the Fort Stockton Chamber of Commerce Ambassadors was held at noon on March 4, 2025 in the meeting room of the Chamber.

Letricia Slater, Jeanette Milam, Charles Slater, Laura Thornton, Angela Harral, Keith Weyerts, John Urias, Elaine Haby, Graciela San Miguel, and Arna McCorkle were all in attendance.

Letricia called the meeting to order.

Angela was asked to lead the invocation.

The minutes for the February 2025 meeting were read silently and a motion was made by Keith to accept the minutes. Elaine seconded the motion.

The group then discussed the following upcoming community events:

• March 20-22nd Comanche Springs Rodeo
  • Hospitality Room Trays needed by 4pm

A call to adjourn was made. Angela made the motion and John seconded.
