Ambassador’s Meeting Minutes June 2023 by Laura Thornton

The June 2023 meeting for the Fort Stockton Chamber of Commerce Ambassadors was held at noon on June 13, 2023 in the meeting room of the Chamber. Letricia Slater, Jeanette Milam, Karan Hefflefinger, Remie Ramos, Laura Thornton, James Thornton, Angela Harral, Karin Milliner, Isai Rojas, Miriam Forgacs, Anita Gandy, Veronica Lopez-Carrasco, Keith Weyerts, Angel Sorola, Monica Iverson, Jasmin Flores, Leslie Davis, Elaine Habe and Arna McCorkle were all in attendance.

Letricia made the call to order and Veronica led the invocation.

The minutes for the June meeting were read. Karan motioned to approve the minutes, and Miriam seconded the motion.

The group then discussed the following upcoming community events:

Texas Farm Bureau Spotlight of the Month, TBD
June 16th Memorial Service for Brian Gaylor at 3pm at Eternity Funeral Home, with Celebration of Life at 6pm at the FS Community Theater
June 16th Live at Zero Stone with Wayne West
June 24th Leadership Graduation at 6:30 pm
June 30th Live at Zero Stone with Blan Scott Band
July 1st-30th Chamber FS Photo Contest
