Ambassador’s Meeting Minutes  September 8 2026 by Laura Thornton

The September 2026 meeting for the Fort Stockton Chamber of Commerce Ambassadors was held at noon on September 8, 2026 in the meeting room of the Chamber.

Letricia Slater, Jeanette Milam, Frances Armstrong, Remie Ramos, Laura Thornton, Angela Harral, Karin Milliner, Anita Gandy, Jerome Chavez, Paul Casias, Francisco Ramirez, James Warnock, and Arna McCorkle were all in attendance.

Letricia called the meeting to order.

Remie was asked to lead the invocation.

There were no minutes for the February 2026 meeting.

The group then discussed the following upcoming community events:

• Sept 10 Ribbon Cutting at City Park Fitness Court
• Sept 11 9/11 Memorial at PCMH
• Sept 11-13 Barrio Fest
• Sept 25 Butterfly Release for Hospice at PCMH

A call to adjourn was made. Remie made the motion and Angela seconded.
