1. DEADLINE is August 1, 2023 Deadline has been extended to August 18, 2023
2. Entrants must be, as of the date of entry a legal resident of the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia. All entrants must also be 13 years or older. Anyone between the ages of 13 and 17 or who is under the age of majority in their state of residence (a “Minor”) must obtain the permission of his or her parent or legal guardian (“Guardian”) to enter.
3. Photos must be taken by the person making the entry, or with the express written consent of the person who took the photo
4. Submissions will not be accepted after the deadline. Multiple submissions are allowed. Photos must be taken between July 1 2022 and July 31 2023. Photos taken before or after the allowed time frame will be disqualified.
5. Photos must be of areas, events, or activities in Fort Stockton and the immediate surrounding area (within 20 miles of city limits)
6. Photos must 1) be in digital format; 2) be 300 DPI and a minimum of 8×10 inches; and 3) have a file type of jpg/jpeg, png or tif/tiff.
7. There must be no border(s), logo(s), copyright marks, identifying marks, or any other visible references and/or marks on the image. Basic editing, including color enhancement, the use of filters, and cropping of the Photo(s) is acceptable, provided any such editing does not affect the authenticity and/or genuineness of the Photo(s).
8. Entries may not contain profanity, nudity, pornographic images, violent images, anti-competition messages, illegal material, or material that violates the rights of third parties.
9. All submitted physical entries become the property of the Chamber and will not be acknowledged or returned; Chamber is not responsible for lost, late, inaccurate, incomplete, damaged, illegible, or misdirected entries. Chamber reserves the right to use all submitted photos in promotional materials, including but not limited to: the Chamber website, Fort Stockton guides, and postcards. (credit will be given when applicable)
10. Submit photos by email or dropbox link to visitor@fortstockton.or or membership@fortStockton.org or drop off a USB with your photos saved to the Chamber of Commerce. Include the official form with the submission.
