Leadership Fort Stockton class of 2025 is now accepting applications.

The Leadership Fort Stockton program has served Fort Stockton since 1995 with a comprehensive introduction to community service and leadership opportunities, equipping our community with enthusiastic leaders who are:
1) educated about the needs and offerings in the community, and
2) eager and able to take on leadership roles in various sectors.

The Leadership program provides professional and personal growth opportunities through education and experience over one year. Class begins in January with a one-day introduction where participants gain valuable insight into their community, learn more about the events and activities they can expect for the upcoming year, and get to know their classmates. There is one class per month from February through December (typically 1-5 pm on a weekday) where participants will learn about the community and gain valuable leadership and team-building skills. There are also leadership and volunteer requirements throughout the year.

In the fall, the class will participate in a leadership retreat (Friday afternoon through Sunday morning).

All classes and the retreat are included in the tuition fee of $250.

We encourage businesses to enroll managers and team leaders in the Leadership Fort Stockton program – participants gain valuable leadership skills and develop community connections that benefit both themselves and their employers.
