The 2026 table decorating theme honors our country’s 250th birthday: 250 Reasons We Love America. Decorate your table in any way you feel best represents the theme. As always, you are encouraged to interpret the theme however you wish!

There will be hors d’oeuvre and tea/water served during the social from 6-7:30, and a bar is available with beer, wine, margaritas, and mixed drinks. The bar will accept cash or credit card, and is a fundraiser for the Leadership Fort Stockton program.

Tuesday, February 24, from noon to 6 pm
Wednesday, February 25, from 9 am to 6 pm
Thursday, February 26, from noon until around 5 pm
(for those last-minute touches)

Decorating details: Reserved tables are 5′ x 8′ rectangles, with 10 standard metal folding chairs. By default, there are no decorations, chair covers, or table coverings. The Chamber does have black chair covers you may use ($20 for all 10) if you wish. Most people bring their own to match their table coverings. While there are plates provided with dinner, some tables use full place settings at their tables as part of their decor and use their own plates for dinner, and some use chargers for the place setting and the provided plates with dinner. There will be a wide variety of tables – from big centerpieces to elegant dinner settings and some with both. There is no right or wrong way to do your table. Some tables will be simple, some will be elaborate. And we have seen both types win the traveling trophy. Have fun with it, try to tie your decor/centerpiece to the annual theme if possible, and use it as a way to show off the unique perspective your business brings to Fort Stockton.
